Hereby, gives notice to the Association members that the 2012 Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday July 1st, 2012 at The Meeting House at the Village at Smugglers’ Notch, Smugglers Resort in Cambridge Vermont.
Please RSVP to snha@snha.net for both the meeting and the Saturday picnic in order for us to have an accurate count for seating and food at both events.

8:00 – 8:30 Registration and light breakfast – Smugglers’ Meeting House
8:00 – 9:00 Regimes sit together and meet (see note below)
9:00 – 12:00 noon SNHA Annual Meeting
12:00 – 1:00 Lunch buffet will be served provided by Smugglers’
12:00 – 1:00 – Bill Stritzler will have a presentation in the Meeting House during lunch
