Club Homeowners


To provide the Board with an ongoing understanding of the concerns of the Club homeowners and guidance in creating solutions tailored to their unique contractual agreements.


  1. Provide a complete synopsis of the areas in which the Club homeowners have a contractual right to act.
  2. Develop a sub committee of Club homeowners to monitor activity in those areas that can be addressed.
  3. Provide the Board with input and recommendations on the areas and issues that require Board action.
