Good day neighbors,
Summer is finally here and so is the time for our annual Homeowners meeting set for Friday morning, July 3 at the Meeting House in the Resort. Later in the day we will host our annual Homeowners picnic located under the tent on the common grounds. Please bring with you a side dish to share with all. We will provide the hamburgers, hot dogs and soft drinks. For online reference to the agenda and events, please see:

We will be once again supporting the Cambridge Food Shelf with our recommended donation of $30 per home. Please share your good fortunes with those not as fortunate.
Parade in Jeffersonville, July 4th.
10AM Begins at G.W. Tatro parking lot and ends at Cambridge Elementary School Field. This year’s theme is HEROES. Parade participants will have a chance to win Local Focus gift certificates in several judged categories.

11AM Woe Doggies performance of Americana music sponsored by the Cambridge Arts Council

While in the Resort, you may want to check out the expanded activities at the reservoir on Edwards Road (on the left just past the entrance to Arbor Trek). I’m told that there are life guards, tents, chairs, picnic tables, soccer field, horseshoe pits and fly boarding by reservation, available.
The Jeffersonville Farmers Market on Wednesday evenings is growing. Each week they are bringing in local musicians. The turnout has been impressive.
If homeowners have any last minute projects they need accomplished please give Tracy a call. Her vendor list has expanded to contractors, cleaning services, flooring, upholstery, furnishings, electronics, appliances, plumbers and electricians.
