White Class Action/Recreational Access Easement Update
The White case village fee class action continues towards resolution. The opt in/out period has closed (if no response received then you opt in) and the next step is the fairness hearing on 11/12/19. For those that wanted to speak to the court at the fairness hearing regarding terms a request was to be sent to class counsel and the court. After the fairness hearing the judge will rule on the settlement and that decision will enter an appeal period. At the close of the appeal period with no material changes the settlement will be completed allowing the recreational access easement to be filed in the town of Cambridge. Absolute Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning- Fall 2019
