Following are the results from the votes cast by homeowners using the survey posted after the Annual Meeting adjourned and before midnight on Sunday July 12, 2020
As well as the results for the votes on the proposed amendments to the Bylaws that were cast via emails between June 19, 2020 – the date of the notice, and before 4 PM on June 29, 2020
Sufficient votes were cast to qualify the motions as properly acted upon.
