Purpose:
To provide the Board with an ongoing understanding of the concerns of the Club homeowners and guidance in creating solutions tailored to their unique contractual agreements.
Functions:
- Provide a complete synopsis of the areas in which the Club homeowners have a contractual right to act.
- Develop a sub committee of Club homeowners to monitor activity in those areas that can be addressed.
- Provide the Board with input and recommendations on the areas and issues that require Board action.
