2016 Annual Meeting Update

Dear Homeowners,

We hope you are all enjoying your summer! Here are some SNHA updates for the summer.

Looking for Volunteers to Join NEW Committee on Village Fees & Facility Access

As we announced during our annual meeting, we are looking for volunteers to participate in a new committee made up of homeowners and resort management tasked to work out the village fees and resort facility access.

The committee will find a facilitator to work through the challenges/issues associated with defining regime property/common property and resort property based on deeds, plats, and the like that yields recreational use throughout the resort for all full owners and their immediate families. The conclusion will be reached before next year’s annual meeting in July and the result will be binding for both the resort and board members (though not for individual homeowners).

If you are interested in participating in the committee, please email a statement of interest and a resume to Jay Kahn at kahnjayg@gmail.com before Friday, August 5th. Homeowners Annual Picnic Huge Success

The 2016 Annual Picnic was held on July 2^nd and the homeowners supported the Cambridge Food Shelf Summer Lunch Program. This year donations reached a total of $1,350.00. If you would like to pledge your support to this program, please send donations to:
