A reminder about TV replacements, the deadline for installation is December 1, 2015. If you still need assistance with purchasing and installing flat screen TV’s in your home contact Tracy Whitney. It is imperative that you provide accurate information about your home and installation placement. If you are unclear, Tracy will be happy to review your home prior ordering your TV and additional hardware. The scope of work that went out on 8/18/15 will change as the recycling storage container will no longer be available for future installations. Homes in need of wiring work or asbestos issues may need additional planning and require assistance from outside contractors. Please plan accordingly so that SNHA may be of assistance.
Another reminder, closely check your quarterly statements from SNMCo for accuracy. We quite frequently hear of billing errors, especially when it comes to housekeeping.
If you are blocking out your home for maintenance issues, make sure you notify Jessica Lussier in Homeowner Services that this is the case, otherwise it will be charged as Home Owner use and goes against rental balancing.
Action list requests are coming from homeowners in to SNHA and contractor work schedules are filling up. If you have any work to be done in your home with an end date of December 1, 2015, you should contact Tracy as soon as possible to book the proper contractor for the job.
