Fellow Homeowners,
We hope you are managing to keep your drives and walkways open during this very snow filled winter in the Northeast and even points South. You will likely agree that we could use this winter’s snow more than you! However, recent weather has been just perfect for transforming Smugglers’ Notch into a charming winter wonderland, and the 2010-11 season is proving to be one of the best in years for all that Smuggs has to offer.
For those of you celebrating the Presidents Day weekend in the village this year, please let us know your arrival and departure dates.
It is our intent to hold another Homeowner social gathering as we did during the Christmas Holiday, and with your response we will enable us to pick the best date for the event.
The response to the holiday gathering in December was wonderful and we would like to do it again. While Board members will be available to answer any questions you have, this will again be a social gathering, and not a formal meeting.
