Our holiday gathering this year is set for 12/29 from 4:30-6:00 sharp at the Meeting House. There will be a toast to Tom Davis as he is retiring and all of the SNMCo leadership team will be in attendance.
The Red Fox Inn (formerly El Dorado) is under new management and becoming a sports bar (no name at this time). They hope to open before Christmas serving dinner daily starting at 4pm and brunch 9-1 on the weekends.
The SNHA office allows homeowners to temporarily ship and store items for upcoming projects. However while cleaning and organizing the back room, we have found items that are over a year old. Since we are doing so many homeowner projects now we just don’t have the room for long term storage. If you have sent items to SNHA, please make arrangements to pick them up. We keep an inventory of locks, paint, stair treads, deck lighting etc.
The SNHA Basic Service Fee will increase to 405$ per home for 2016 as approved by the Board at our November Meeting.
SNHA is assisting homeowners who need to replace their baseboard heaters by June 1, 2016 and face asbestos challenges. The first round of installs is complete. The remaining replacement homes will be reviewed in March and groups will be set from April- May. Please contact the SNHA office no later than January 15, 2016 for information and to secure placement in the project.
The 2015 Home Inspection Program has come to an end. If you would like to participate in the 2016 program, please contact Tracy.
