Dear Homeowners,

March is a wonderful time of year to reflect on the awesome ski season that is coming to a close and think about a maintenance plan for your home. We have upcoming services that we don’t want you to miss. It is also a good time to update your SNHA office with any changes to your contact information.

Staying In Touch; Attached is a contact information sheet. If you have made any changes (address, phone, email) in the last year, please let us know. We will update our system with your preferred means of communication.

News Over the Hill; It is official as Vail Resorts have announced the purchase of Stowe Mountain Resort. The purchase includes the ski and retail operation. The closing will not take place until late April as to not interrupt the current ski season. For details see https://vtdigger.org/2017/02/21/vail-resorts-buys-stowe-mountain-resort/
Water Heater Replacement Deadline; If you have been notified that your water heater is due for replacement and plan to participate in the service, payments will need to be in advance and received in the SNHA office no later than March 17, 2017. This service is only offered during the springtime.

Spring Services Offered for Homeowners Through SNHA; Baseboard heater replacement, tub cleaning, asbestos testing, flooring replacement, carpet/upholstery cleaning, furnishings and more are services the SNHA office can help you tackle. If you need assistance completing action list items that are due by June 1, 2017 contact Tracy Whitney tracy@snha.net for details.
