The countdown to summer is here. While the resort is a buzz with spring work, we want to update you on existing offers and upcoming deadlines that are approaching. Don’t hesitate to contact the SNHA for any assistance you may need along the way to make this the best summer season.

SNHA Annual Meeting – July 6th

We are excited to see many of you at the annual meeting scheduled for Saturday July 6, 2019 and would like to hear from you. If you plan to attend the meeting and the picnic that is scheduled later that afternoon on the Village Green, please contact tracy@snha.net so that we may have an accurate count. Details will go out next month so please stay tuned.

Non-Renting Home Reminder- Fire Safety Inspections

A notice went out on 4/1/19 to all non-renting homeowners as the SNHA office is assisting SNMCo in the annual Fire Safety inspection. This is a requirement of the Vermont Fire Safety Signing Code. Inspections are underway and all homes will need to be accessed to successfully complete the inspection and pass each building. Please contact Tracy Whitney tracy@snha.net  to confirm your homes availability and access.

SNHA Spring Work Update

The Superstore spring appliance offer will run through the month of May. If your home requires a range that is either 20” or 24” wide, please note they are no longer available with the self-clean feature. The options are steam or manual clean and both are acceptable for the smaller size range purchase.

SNHA Water Heater Replacement Service is in full swing. Due to the amount of homes participating in the service this year, installations are extending into May and all work will be completed by May 17th.

The Bath Fitter Offer expired on April 15th and installations will be performed during May/June.

Fireplace cleaning is currenting in progress for any non-renting homes that have requested the service.

For information on any of the services mentioned above, please contact tracy@snha.net.

Regime – Spring Painting

The April weather was rainy and cold and has continued into May. Painting scheduled for buildings that were blocked in April could not be achieved. These buildings will have to be blocked again in May and early June in order to complete any painting that is needed, and some May blocking periods juggled and extended as well. Occupancy in April and May is generally light, so if the weather cooperates this month, we should be able to address the routine work that is done annually. Painting in Northern Vermont is always a challenge and this year is no exception. Contact Joe if you have any questions – joe@snha.net

Final Reminder- QHP Deadline Approaching

One last reminder to complete your action list items before June 1, 2019. Please contact Laurie lsamal@smuggs.com  to report completed work or to follow up regarding any pending work items. If you need assistance performing any of the work on your list, contact Tracy  tracy@snha.net  in the SNHA office.
