Dear Homeowners,

As the snow fell last week, we had a taste of winter to come and were reminded that the holiday season approaches, and all thoughts focused on the slopes. While planning your trip go to https://vtrans.vermont.gov/vtransparency for the latest updates on weather, road closures and interstate travel regulations due to continued concern over Covid- 19. We are all looking forward to a healthy, happy snow filled 2020-21 ski season. If you are still working on some last minute projects, here are some reminders.

SNHA Holiday Gathering

We all here at SNHA sincerely regret that in the current Covid environment, we will not plan our annual in-person holiday gathering this year. We are looking into a Virtual Event and will update as plans take shape. If you have an interest and some ideas for how we can connect as a community of Smugglers’ homeowners, let us know your thoughts. Email joe@snha.net . We miss you and hope that your holiday season is happy and healthy.

Homeowner Services

The Superstore Fall Mattress Offer- The offer on mattress replacements is nearing the final weeks. The store has assigned a specialist to help with mattress choice, additional accessories if needed and delivery options. For details and set up, please contact Tracy@snha.net.

Future Project Work and Appliance Availability- As we continue to work through the challenges of 2020 the shutdown in the spring has created a shortage on products. Appliances in particular are on back order. If you are thinking about some wish list items for your home or have been delaying appliance replacement work, please contact Tracy in the SNHA office to discuss and plan ahead options that will work best for you.

Around Town

Face Mask with Style- Wearing a face mask is a reality that may be with us for quite some time. Why not do it in style? A local woman in Cambridge has created a variety of prints for the whole family. These masks are 100% cotton, double layered and pre-washed for comfort. All masks are $3.00 plus shipping where applicable. Check out https://www.facemaskwithstyle.net/ to find your perfect style!

Live in Comfort- If you have yet to visit this unique gift shop right in the heart of the Jeffersonville Village then put this on your list for the next trip. The shop has expanded over the past year and is now located at 168 Main Street in the same building as the Farm Store. Home gifts, candles, organic baby needs, jewelry, and chocolates are just a fraction of what this sweet shop has to offer. For a preview of the shop go to https://www.facebook.com/pg/bdelaneylivencomfort/posts/.
