Meeting Minutes
Trailside Executive homes organized their group per a letter in 1998 which was signed and executed by all homeowners in TE 1-12. Since that time the group has raised funds and cooperatively maintained their homes together through a series of Spring and Fall projects managed by SNHA and the Directors.
