As the leaves are starting to change, we are reminded that Autumn is at our doorstep. The fall season brings warm days, cool nights, harvest festivals and fall projects. We hope you enjoy this time of year and please don’t hesitate to contact the SNHA office throughout the season. Please note that the SNHA office will be closed on 9/6/21 in observance of Labor Day. Cambridge Tax Bill Update, It is getting to be tax season for real estate taxes in Vermont. According to the Cambridge Village office, all tax bills have been mailed. Last year, a number of homeowners reported issues receiving their tax bills. For that reason, SNHA is sending out this message. If you have not received your bill, or do not receive it shortly, please contact the Village of Cambridge at (802) 644-2251. For HO accounting questions to Katie Warner, Owners will now be able to anticipate a response in approximately 10 days, depending on the time needed to research the concern and reply. If you don’t receive a timely response, please contact Stefanie Lang, SNHA Bookkeeper stefanie@snha.net. RFID/Salto Lock Update The fiber infrastructure is in full swing, and the installation of the RFID/Salto locks for homeowners is scheduled to begin on Thursday, September 9th. The full implementation is expected to take three weeks. If you have any questions regarding your individual home, please contact Lauren McKenzie, lmckenzie@smuggs.com. SNHA Welcomes New Project Manager We are happy to announce the hiring of Deej Meegan as the new project manager at SNHA. He will be responsible for providing project management to all regime, building and homeowner projects. Deej is a former member of the maintenance staff at Smugglers’ and has a strong skill set in the trades industry as a carpenter and former contractor. Welcome Deej! SNHA Fall Services for Regimes Routine Fall services will be provided to Regimes. They include door and window replacements, painting, siding repair, and hallway renovations. Special Projects are also being considered and will be scheduled once approved by the Regime Directors. If you have questions about upcoming plans for your building or would like to discuss your own wish list for the fall spruce up period, please contact Deej Meegan deej@snha.net or Andy Iwaskiewicz andy@snha.net. Groups are already being formed for contractor review on a variety of home projects.
