Annual Meeting – July 5, 2020 – 9:00 am

This email is a follow up to the Annual Meeting that was held on the Zoom platform this morning.
As indicated in the notice and in the meeting, there are several issues we would like you to address and a few for which to cast a vote. We will accomplish this by your completing a survey. If you attended the meeting, you should be prepared to complete the survey without too much more additional thought.
If you did not attend the meeting, we will accept your information and your vote, and encourage you to complete the survey as soon as you are able. Not attending the meeting, you may wish to review the issues of the meeting to make up your mind as to how to vote. You will be able to accomplish a review in two ways:
- Review of the Power Point Presentation slides of the meeting without sound and live video. The slides will be available on line at https://snha.net/ on links that will be available on the Annual Meeting page. The Annual Meeting pages are password protected. If you need the password please request from Joe – joe@snha.net
- The slide links will be posted tomorrow afternoon. (the board and staff need some time today with their families)
- The full recording of the meeting (without the intro photos and music) will be available on Tuesday after noon. The full meeting time was over 3 hours so you may wish to review the slides and then if needed, go to the recording and find the sections you wish to experience 1st hand with all discussion, Q&A, etc……
Thanks again to the Board and Staff who literally worked overtime before and during the meeting to gain the knowledge, practice, and to conduct the meeting that covered a large amount of material and allowed participants to ask questions and have the floor to speak and comment.
We all missed the person to person experience of past meetings and look forward to a return to being in the same physical room again sooner than later.
