July 5 – Meeting by Zoom – Posting of recordings and link to survey
This email is a follow up to the Annual Meeting that was held on the Zoom platform Sunday July 5, 2020.
As indicated in the notice and in the meeting, there are several issues we would like all homeowners to address and a few for which we ask you to cast a vote. We will accomplish this by your completing a survey.
If you attended the meeting, you may have already completed the survey. We thank you for your prompt response.
If you did not attend the meeting, we will accept your information and your vote, and encourage you to complete the survey before the deadline – Midnight Sunday July 12, 2020. Not having attended the meeting, you may wish to review the issues presented and discussed in the meeting to make up your mind as to how to vote. You will be able to accomplish a review in two ways:
- Review of the Power Point Presentation slides of the meeting without sound and live video of the meeting and discussion. The slides have been available online at https://snha.net/ on the Annual Meeting page.
- The Annual Meeting pages are password protected. Please request password from Joe – joe@snha.net
- The full recording of the meeting (without the intro photos and music) were intended to be available on Tuesday after noon – July 7. Complications with the posting of the video files have delayed the posting.
- I am pleased to say that the recordings are now available at a link on the 2020 Annual Meeting section. The full meeting time was over 3 hours and so the recording has been divided into two recordings Part #1 and Part #2. We have also posted a guide listing the agenda items with the time stamps on the recordings to help you find sections of interest.
- You may find it helpful to print out the guide and use it to navigate the recordings to find reports and discussions of interest.
- Please note that there is a problem with the voices being synced with the video in the later parts of recording Part #2. Apologies that this escaped our attention and we were unable to correct before posting.

- Click on Start the Survey (no need to log in or register)
- The survey will begin and proceed through the questions
- At the end be sure to hit the “submit” button to register your survey.
