Purpose:
- To promote, increased growth in value of Village Homes and facilities.
- Functions:
- Review and monitor Real Estate sales performance and practice.
- Study and recommend activities that would enhance individual home values.
- Develop a reward program for homeowners whose referrals purchase real estate in the Village. The reward would provide for credit against the future commission charged on the sale of their home.
- Solicit ideas from homeowners for additions to the Village facilities and communicate those findings to the Board and upon approval to Village Management.
