Easement Grant and Resort Homeowner Benefit Grid
The White class action is now completed. With the end of the appeal period on 12/26/2019 the recreational access grant will be fulfilled to all full owner homes that accepted the White settlement. As reviewed last month SNHA with our counsel F,S&B will file the easement to each individual deed via indexing in January 2020. For reference please see the January 1, 2020 Full Homeowner Benefit Grid. With the easement grant this document became a more detailed document. For homes that participate in the Smugglers rental agreement the benefits are essentially the same along with the easement access fee waived. For non-renting and self-renting homeowners, you have options to review to select what option is best for your home.

Non renters and self-renters who wish to opt out of use the easement access for the Courtside pool and tennis courts in 2020 MUST do so in writing by 1/17/2020, not a voicemail. Here is a friendly reminder about the SNHA office move. The physical move will take place from January 20th – 21st . Our phone system will be down during that time, so we appreciate your patience as we relocate the office to Unit 5 within the same complex. If you are working with Tracy and shipping any items to your home utilizing our physical address or planning to stop by for a visit please contact Cadi email@example.com in the SNHA office prior to making your plans so we may direct you accordingly during this transition. This move will not affect our mailing address – PO Box 244, Jeffersonville, VT 05464 at the US Post Office in Jeffersonville.

Our online payment system has changed. We apologize for the inconvenience while in that transition. However, we are up and running for those who prefer to utilize this service. Go to https://snha.net/ and select Pay SNHA and Regime Fees. The system will prompt you with direction to process your payment. SNHA Board Meetings
A reminder that SNHA Board meetings are open to homeowners who wish to attend. Regular meetings are held by teleconference on the third Wednesday every other month starting in September. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Wednesday evening – January 15 – start time 7:30 PM. If you are interested in attending the call, please email Joe – email@example.com and he will provide you with the meeting agenda, call in number and code as well as other materials that will be addressed at the meeting.

Winterfest- Jan. 25th
